Zingiber officinale          –   Ginger

Piper longum                 –   Tippili

Chebulic myrabalans      –   Aralu

Emblica officinale           –   Nelli etc.,

Action & Uses                     Use full in the treatment of iron deficiency Anaemia and

Haemolytic Anaemia, spleen and liver disorders.

Effective in Haemoglobin deficiency.

Dosage                              1- 2 table spoons fuls to be taken twice a day  before or after

meals. Self generated  alcohol percentage 5% – 6%
