Conditions:
01. Registration of suppliers who do not submit bids on time or do not deliver goods, services, and work on time or do not comply with the terms of bidding will be cancelled without prior notice.
02. No advance payment will be made for goods and services. Payments will be made after the delivery of goods or services and requires a grace period of 30 days.

04. Goods ordered by Sri Lanka Ayurvedic Drugs Corporation should be delivered to Sri Lanka Ayurvedic Drugs Corporation by the supplier. Supplier is not entitled for transportation or payment of transport charges by Sri Lanka Ayurvedic Drugs Corporation.
05.The applicant should have telephone and other electronic communication facilities.
06. Evidence must be provided that human and material resources required to efficiently supply goods, services and work are sufficiently available with the applicant.
